AW Strategies Co. is a boutique, veteran-owned private staffing and operations advisory firm based in Cobb County, Georgia, serving clients across the Southeast and beyond.
We help private families, family offices, founders, and executives find the right people and put practical systems in place to make daily life and business run more smoothly. Our searches include household and estate managers, family assistants, personal and executive assistants, chiefs of staff, nannies, and other essential support professionals.
Founded by Aubree Weathers Zunzunegui, AW Strategies brings experience spanning military service, federal government, and private-sector operations. Our approach starts with understanding each client’s needs, responsibilities, and working environment so we can build a clear role and identify candidates suited to it.
Clients receive attentive, discreet support throughout the search, from defining the position and evaluating candidates to onboarding and post-placement follow-up. We also offer operations advisory and hiring guidance for those who need help strengthening their existing support or managing their own search.
