• NOVA performs property due diligence services such as geotechnical and environmental assessment of land, and property condition surveys of developed sites.
• During the planning and design phases of a project, whether new build or a renovation, we perform geotechnical engineering for the project site work and foundations, structural forensic evaluations of existing buildings, as well as building enclosure consulting for the entire structure.
• During construction, NOVA performs materials testing, Special Inspections, building code inspections and building enclosure inspections and testing. We have serviced both public and private clients across all market sectors from higher ed to healthcare. Noteworthy recent projects where NOVA has been the provider of geotechnical, environmental, building envelope and/or construction inspection services include Truist Park, the new terminal Canopies at Hartsfield airport, the Thyssen Krupp elevator test facility at the Battery, Ponce City Market, and the Atlanta United practice facility.
