Pellicano Construction is a relationship-driven commercial general contractor serving clients across Georgia and the Southeast. Founded in 1976, Pellicano brings 50 years of experience in construction management, general contracting and design-build services, with particular expertise in healthcare, commercial, hospitality, automotive, retail and faith-based environments.
With offices in Atlanta, Albany, Athens and Macon, our team combines the capabilities and disciplined project execution of a larger commercial builder with the accessible leadership, responsiveness and personal attention of a regional firm. We are particularly experienced in complex and occupied healthcare environments, where careful planning, communication, and operational coordination are essential.
At Pellicano, we build relationships as carefully as we build projects. Our approach is grounded in trusted partnerships, experienced people and accountable execution—helping clients navigate projects with confidence from planning through completion.
As we celebrate our 50th anniversary, Pellicano is proud to continue investing in Metro Atlanta and the communities we serve while building the relationships that will shape our next 50 years.
