LETTER FROM THE 2026
CHAIRMAN'S CIRCLE CHAIRMAN

Dear Chairman’s Circle Members,

It is both an honor and a privilege to serve as your Chairman’s Circle Chairman this year. In this role, I am especially committed to strengthening engagement across our membership. I am also excited to be leading this year’s Membership Campaign, which is an important effort that will help us expand our reach, grow our influence, and continue building a strong foundation for the future of Cobb County.

Our goal is to celebrate the incredible work being done by our members, provide meaningful insights, and strengthen the connections that make this group so impactful.

Thank you for your continued commitment and partnership within Chairman’s Circle. I look forward to serving you throughout the remainder of this year and to all that we will accomplish together.

Sincerely,

Chris Britton

Today, we celebrate the 100th anniversary of S.A. White Oil Company, a family-owned business that has been a cornerstone of Georgia since its founding in 1926 by Samuel Alfred White. Based at its original location in Marietta, S.A. White has played a vital role in keeping Georgia’s economy moving. The company provides essential fuel services to industries across the state, supporting critical operations in construction, healthcare, municipalities, emergency services, and many more, while also supplying fuel to dozens of locally-owned convenience stores through partnerships with nationally recognized brands. Their tagline, “We Keep Business Moving,” reflects a century of reliability and dedication to their customers.

S.A. White’s impact extends far beyond fuel. Under the leadership of Kim Gresh, the third-generation owner and president, the company has donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to fight homelessness, domestic violence, food insecurity, and other critical social challenges, partnering with numerous charitable organizations to improve lives across Georgia. This commitment to community is a defining part of their legacy. Kim’s leadership has also broken barriers, as she became the first woman to sit on the board of the Georgia Oilmen’s Association, while continuing to grow the company and uphold its family-oriented culture.

As we honor this extraordinary milestone, we celebrate S.A. White’s century-long legacy of service, innovation, and giving back. Their story is a testament to the power of perseverance, the importance of family, and the enduring value of community. Congratulations to S.A. White Oil Company on 100 years of excellence!

Calvary Children’s Home’s mission is to provide a safe, loving, Christian environment for children in need of long-term care who lack a stable home life due to circumstances beyond their control. The organization is dedicated to helping each child reach their full potential—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—while equipping them to build meaningful, lasting relationships.

For nearly six decades, Calvary Children’s Home has served as a trusted cornerstone of stability and care for vulnerable children in Cobb County and the surrounding communities. Since opening in Smyrna on June 20, 1966, the Home has provided long‑term residential care for more than 400 children, helping them build strong foundations for successful futures.

As Calvary approaches its 60th anniversary in June 2026, the organization celebrates not only a milestone year, but also a legacy made possible through the steadfast support of the Cobb County business community, churches, civic leaders, and families.

For 60 years, Calvary Children’s Home has operated debt-free and without government funding—an achievement that reflects disciplined stewardship and responsible leadership. The vast majority of its resources are directed toward direct program services, ensuring meaningful and measurable impact in the lives of children.
Together with the Cobb Chamber community, Calvary continues to strengthen families, invest in the next generation, and help build a brighter future for Cobb County.

2026 MEMBERSHIP CAMPAIGN

It's the 45th anniversary of our Membership Campaign, and our theme continues to guide us: Building a Legacy for Cobb.

From the cranes shaping our skyline to the tireless dedication of hundreds of committee members, to our economic development efforts recruiting and retaining high-quality jobs, every action we take becomes part of Cobb’s story. This campaign is about more than growth-it’s about cultivating the next generation of leaders within your organizations and ensuring our collective engagement leaves a lasting mark on this community. To build something that stands the test of time requires vision, commitment, and momentum. For 45 years, the Cobb Chamber has helped shape the business landscape of our region by strengthening relationships, championing advocacy, and driving prosperity.

We already know what so many members discover firsthand: the Cobb Chamber is more than a membership. It is a movement. Together, we are ensuring Cobb remains home of the most determined trailblazers and innovators, where businesses succeed and people prosper. Let your friends and business contacts know how the Chamber supports your business and post pictures with fellow members and at events. We should all be proud to be pro-business builders of success for Cobb. And don’t forget to leverage all the chamber events to invite your guests to experience the Chamber firsthand!
