Our black lab is about to turn 11yo this month. We have been coming to Marietta Vet Clinic since 2017, if my memory serves me right.

Dr Julian and Dr Jesse have always been professional and honest with their care and advice. I have never felt pressured or like I was being "sold to". They are efficient with appointments, usually in and out in under 15mins - where I would wait 15mins just to get into an exam room then another 15mins to see the vet before we switched to Marietta Vet Clinic.

I love this place and the staff! They love on my pup so much and when he was attacked they had tears in their eyes while treating him like he was their own dog. Dr. Julian is amazing!! My pup will NOT be treated by anyone else.

I will NEVER return here. Dr. Peckich was WILDLY unprofessional- cursing, physically intimidating my dog.

This was my 4th visit to this clinic and until today, everything was fine. Today I took my 2 yr old dog for routine vaccinations. She's normally nervous (barking) and Dr. Peckich put her into a muzzle. So far so good. While nervous, my dog started bucking to get free. Dr. Peckich was unable to hold onto my 55 lb dog, and during the struggle, she expressed her anal glands and pooped a little.

Dr. Peckich lost it. "F--K this DOG, now I have to go home and change. F--K this stupid stupid F--KING dog". He then gets her on the floor and starts bucking at her to physically intimidate her! He attempts to grab her again and she backed into a wall, gets out of her muzzle and is running to escape him. Once again Dr. Peckich starts loudly cursing before leaving the room.

So I'm now in the room with the vet tech who is just as appalled as I am. Once she gathers herself, the vet tech apologizes, telling me "he gets angry at things sometimes". Another vet tech comes in and I end up having to hold my dog while the vet techs give her the two vaccinations.

Dr. Peckich never came back. He never apologized for his disrespectful and rude outburst. I will NEVER return here. I will not put my dog in a dangerous situation with a clearly unstable person.

I cannot express enough how awesome Dr. Peckich and his staff is at MVC. All of my family with pets in GA bring their fur babies here. I would like to point out, how Dr Peckich even takes emergency calls after hours and has helped when my grandmothers dog began having seizures. That was a very difficult time and thing to handle but Dr Peckich helps create a more comfortable atmosphere during emotional moments. All of our visits have been a fun experience between him and the staff from the moment you come in and walk out!

Dr P needs to do more thorough exams. If he had done one last week he would have maybe seen that my dog had Pyometra and we would have been able to do surgery sooner. I told him my dog had some weird blood on her backside. He didn't even look and said it was probably an anal gland being expressed and said the antibiotics would help clear up whatever is happening. Unfortunately he lost a client.

Dr. Julian P. is hands down the best vet our family has ever encountered. He is incredibly honest, sincerely caring and will not take you for a ride financially. I was blown away by his honesty upon immediately meeting him once we purchased our new puppy...knowing he could have easily talked me into services and/or products I did not need. He spoiled me my last 2 years of living in GA and now I can't find a vet remotely close to him. I loved the way he casually talks and converses to his customers/pet parent's making them feel like they are of importance. To say I miss him and his services as our vet is an understatement. He is a jewel!

The office is convenient, and no one will try to upsell you. I'm not sure if Dr. P actually likes cats though. Other than a weight check, there's not much of an exam with a rabies shot. He solved the issues we've brought him so far ... ear mites, ear infection and a wound fairly well. Just seems like he's in a hurry to move along. No one on staff was wearing a mask.

I'm fairly new to the office, this was my third visit; I'd just like to see a little more of a personal touch.

Dr. Peckich is absolutely phenomenal!!!! The love and care he shows to both pets and pet parents is the best!!!! I would trust him to do anything with my Maltipoo, Neko. I have the utmost confidence & trust in him and will NEVER use another vet (unless Dr. P. hits the Megamillions and retires). I more than HIGHLY recommend Dr. Peckich and Marietta Vet Clinic!!!!

I am confused by all of the positive reviews for this clinic. I started with our new puppy 9 years ago because he was close to home and had good reviews. I found him to be very uncaring and impatient in answering my questions, so I started going to a new vet. Fast forward to a month ago, my dog has a cyst on his side and it started bleeding. My other vet was out of town so I decided to go back to Marietta Vet Clinic. The doctor walks in with his laptop and heard my concerns. He barely looked at my dog and sent us out with prescriptions. I returned today because the bleeding has gotten worse. He was about to give me antibiotics again when I questioned him and he said he didn't realize he had already done that and then he told me it wasn't his fault it got worse. He finally decides to shave the area and look at it and announced he has a tumor after he told me 5 minutes prior that he did not have a tumor. He was more interested in cleaning his clippers than talking to me about my dog and our options. DO NOT GO TO THIS VET!!!
