LoadUp Junk Removal

Scheduled a pickup online easily. Scheduling site very easy to follow with upfront pricing. I was able to schedule as soon as I wanted. There was communication on timing for the pickup. They were on time and were very friendly. The mattress was loaded quickly, and they were on their way. This was a great experience!!

Loved how easy this was to set up and the honest pricing. Samuel arrived on time, within the designated one hour window. Originally, we were gonna use a popular junk removal service but saw the bad reviews, so we decided to give LoadUp a try and so glad we did. We did opt for curbside pickup and it was so quick and easy. We scheduled it at 9pm the night before and they were able to come the next morning.

Just saw that they do other things like moving large items and putting things together. I'm definitely going to bookmark and use them again in the future.

I had a couple things that I really needed to get rid of and was unable to donate. One of them was a twin mattress that somehow had something inside that seemed like a sprung spring, even though it was a mattress, not a boxspring.... So it was not usable.
The recliner had been refused by SA Orleans due to excessive wear on the arms so they were no longer black. I felt like it would've been easy to use a slipcover if anyone had wanted it but I guess places are getting a lot more picky about what they will take and what they won't , anyway about a week ago Bo chewed the cord off and although it could be replaced that really made it a problem. Since I was going to have to get the mattress removed, I decided to just go ahead and get the recliner removed at the same time.
We have used LOAD Up serviceS before and were very satisfied so I went ahead and got online and got the quote. (a very easy process .) We were fortunate in that the mattress ended up being taken for FREE since we had another item to pick up that we paid for- (it was a special promo).
Mike was assigned our items. We had hoped there would be two people as we felt like the recliner was heavy and we were never able to get it apart so we didn't think it had that capability. The first thing Mike did was take a look at it, and after some, shaking and pulling he was able to get the back off of the recliner which made it a lot easier to handle. After taking that to his truck, he brought in a little dolly that he ended up putting under the rest of the chair and pushed it out to the truck, and was able to lift it into the truck himself, he's very efficient and absolutely knows what he's doing!!!!
He came back in and grabbed the mattress and headed back out.. He was very nice, very respectful,professional and did a great job. we really couldn't have asked for anyone better!

Signed up for removal on a Sunday and they were able to accommodate a late pick up on Tuesday. I got rid of my bookshelf, TV stand, bed frame, vanity, nightstand, coffee table, office desk, couch, and dresser. Brandon was very communicative and accommodating. Him and his partner were very polite and timely with the pickup. I live on the second floor of an apartment building so having the ability to hire people that can do the heavy lifting for me is a big bonus and worth the price.

Ask for Johnny. He's one Hell of a mover! Five stars for sure. He arrived early and was friendly and efficient.

I recently used LoadUp Junk removal to pick up a sectional I bought on offer up. We don't have a truck so I called these folks to pickup and drop off. They were able to get me in same day which apparently doesn't always happen. I appreciate that. The time range was quite long 8am to 8pm guarantee. We must have been the last stop.

Communication was challenging once you pay and agree to the move. Texting seemed to work best. I called their phone rang and rang. Once someone answered I was placed on hold for 45 minutes. That's why I'm rating them with four stars.

It was a father and son who delivers our couch. They were the stars for the show. I would give them a five star rating.

Their business name doesn't speak to all they do but if your in the business of buying or selling online they are a great reasonably priced pickup and delivery company.

Extremely well-designed system to book and track the workers. We had two gentlemen arrive who were polite, efficient, and a pleasure to have in our home. Without question we will book again.
