My boyfriend somehow found Kelly+Co and I'm really glad he did. It was our first time as homebuyers so the process was entirely new to us.
I didn't even know such agencies existed. We had a very good experience. As one reviewer mentioned, they literally have everything you could need connections wise to help you throughout the process. Don't have a lender? No problem, they can make great recommendations. Don't have an inspector? No problem, they can recommend one.
The process of buying a home especially the time we did, the market was extremely competitive. Homes were easily having at least 10 offers at a time, so how can you stand out. We were able to close on a house within a little over a month of starting our home search.

We worked with Caitlin and she was absolutely fantastic! I would recommend Kelly+Co without a second thought. If I ever did have to sell a house, I'd use them. I love the convenience of everything they have to offer.

Their office is really cute as well :). We were able to close on a house within about a 2 month time frame from when we initially had our first meeting and started looking at homes.

We were first time home buyers and SO SCARED of the whole process. We got paired with Kristen by chance and in retrospect it had to have been fate because I can not imagine anyone more perfect for the job! Kristen is so knowledgeable, patient, super responsive, not pushy at all, attentive and just all around helpful and nice.

When we found our price, there were already multiple offers on it and we had to react quickly. Kristen knew exactly what to do and I honestly don't think we would have gotten the house without her.

We worked with Kelly + Co to sell our house in Roswell. It was our first house and we kept it as an investment but when the market picked up, we received a notice that we had the opportunity to make a lot of money on the home if we sold.
We contacted Kelly + Co about helping us with the sale. They were extremely responsive, reached out in short order and had a rep at the house within a few days. They gave us a concise list of what improvements we needed to make in order to sell and get our
asking price and with a few minor adjustments/repairs, we were able to get 10+ showings in the first 4 days of listing and an offer by the 4th day! They are a fantastic and professional group and I will definitely use them again in selling my home.

You always hear stories about people using their friends as a realtor. In our case, we used a realtor who's become our friend! Sara is a wonderful person and a treat to work with.
