We've been saving to get our backyard fixed. We had some very serious drainage issues. EMS (Specifically Corey) came out and did a comprehensive walk through with us to describe what the yard would need.
They provided us with an estimate, timeframe, and contract. We were scheduled for a later day and they called us one day and asked if they could start sooner.
A full team came out and worked on our yard. Most of the transformation was completed within the day. They did have to return the next morning to drop off more rocks.
After the "final" walk through, Corey advised he was not satisfied with some areas and scheduled a day to return. He pointed out areas we had not noticed were not to perfection.
He came back out and fixed the aesthetics he was not happy with. We were thrilled because our backyard did not flood! Our dogs have been able to use the backyard even after it rains. Thus far the rain has not flooded our yard and we look forward to torrential rain in our future. What a relief to not have to worry about flooding!
